I went back to my old 38Cs for ONE DAY. It was wash day and I wanted to wash ALL THE BRAS, so I just put on an old one. It wasn't even for the whole day, maybe 5 or 6 hours.
Anyway, my back hurt. Constantly. All day. I had an awful burning sensation across my upper back and shoulders, I couldn't sit up straight, and the only way to get relief was to lie flat on my back. And about an hour after one of my new 32Gs was dry enough to put on, it went away.
I knew that finding well-fitting bras had made a huge change for me, but I wasn't aware of how badly my back was actually hurting. xD
Isn't that crazy? It makes those minor fit issues in the right size seem worth it. My 30GG decos are too small in the cup so I recently bought a couple 32GG decos and Ohh the back pain! (Need to alter ASAP) And that's just ONE band size up from my usual, I can't imagine how 3 band sizes up felt for you!
Isn't it crazy how much your bra really affects your body?
This was me yesterday...except I was wearing my too small (34f) and stretched out Chantelle Rive Gauche 3 Part Cup (3281) :P
