Help w my mom
So, this is a very long shot - probably nothing will come of it - but I wanted to put it out there for any possible ideas.
I visited my mom this weekend - I've only been seeing her about once a year recently. She's 81 and takes care of my crazy, abusive, sick sister - my mom lives outside of philly but my sister has an apartment in Boston. My mom spends about 3 hours a day on phone/email/research for my sister and flies up there pretty often to help out.
Anyways, while I was visiting, it was obvious she has nothing close to a decent bra. I could see, through a thick t-shirt, that her bra was basically hanging off of her and doing nothing. I mentioned it and she said she hadnt bought one in probably 20 years! I think she used to wear a 34B, but I think she's lost weight. She said she tried to go to a store and buy what she used to buy, but she tried it on and it wasnt right, so she gave up
The day we went to the pool, she wore a suit under her clothes but never went in - and just looked much neater, without that bra hanging off of her.
So . . i'm tempted to just try to find some sort of cheap cotton lycra bra for her . . . something simple, maybe a little lace, beige, maybe a 3-pack? Because it should be easy, just easy underwear that doesnt make her look like a bag lady. I'm pretty sure she's lost enough weight and muscle that she's more of a 32 band now, but idk, she's always had a bigger frame than I did. But . . . 81.
Sorry about writing a book - but since i've never had anything to do with that sort of bra/bralette, i'm wondering if anyone has any ideas?
thanks

That is what I would suggest a comfort bra , maybe one that closed up the front if she can't do the pull over thing which can be difficult on the shoulders .
Try to find easily stretch cotton non-wired bra
