Newbie question: What to do when you're in between sizes

So, I'm not sure if it's ok to post this here or not, if not, please forgive me.

Today, I received my Ewa Michalak FB bra. This one is my second, and I odered one size smaller, so 100H instead of 100HH.

I contacted Kaska and because of my issues (the upper part of the gore sticks out, basically it can be seen in some T-shirts, the lower wires dig in painfully and slide down, there's wrinkling at the bottom of the cups. Otherwise, the wires sit comfortably on the sides. The band rolls up sometimes or slides a bit up, but this is not such an issue...), she suggested one cup size down.

Well, it doesn't fit.

I could live with it, if the fit wouldn't change five minutes after I put the bra on. My bigger boob wants to spill out of the outer side, I quadboob slightly on both sides, and the wires seem to sit on my breast tissue. Of course, the bottom of the wires slides down too. There's less extra space at the bottom of the cups then, but still.

Is it possible that I'm in between sizes? If so, which size should I order? Should I give up on the FB line?

I've tried their BM (100GG is too small, I think the gore tacked in 95H, but the cups were too small) and S (95HH looked best, and if I remember correctly the gore tacked, when the wires slid downwards, 95J's gore doesn't tack, and I fall out easily, but at least the wires don't dig in).

I'd very much appreciate any kind of advice. :)

  • It sounds like the original HH was too small, not too large. Can you add the measurements and pictures of yourself in both the bras and your measurements and do a fit request? I'm around the same size as you and I had problems with EM too so I feel your pain.

  • Well, I'll try to talk myself into it, I don't really feel comfortable with it, but I'm getting pretty desperate so...

Thank you for your comment (and I can't tell you how helpful your fit requests are, it's totally different to read those, because I think I'm close to your size).
