I size one cup down from Panache to Elomi. Also the Elomi bands do seem to be on the firm side and don't stretch out as much in my opinion, so that might affect your fit. I wear a 40 band so you can look at my Elomi band measurements and compare them to your Tango to see if the band will be right. I haven't tried Goddess. I don't know how the Tango fits so I can't recommend styles. However I know that Elomi Etta has lower, narrower wires than other Elomis so if you need higher coverage/taller sides you might want to avoid Etta. Or you might want lower gore and wings! Good luck finding your Elomi.
I agree with cupandahalf to size one cup down on Elomi as they seem to consistently run big. I love Goddess bras. I've only ever worn the Kayla and Keira lines, but they are fairly true-to-size. I find the Kayla runs a bit bigger in the cup than the Keira, but it's not by much. I would start with a 40N in the Keira and a 38 or 40N in the Kayla. Keep in mind that Goddess bras have wide wires so if you prefer narrow wires, they may not work for you. Good luck!
