Delivered but "Lost" Brastop Return....
Has anyone experienced a "lost" return at Brastop? Although my USPS online tracking information says it was delivered, Brastop wants "more proof" because they can't find it. They say it was delivered by a "third party" but it seems likely Royal Mail delivered the parcel.
I sent them a link to the USPS online tracking which indicates it was delivered and a photo of my receipt (tracking number, weight, cost, delivery address) from USPS. Still, they want "more proof."
What other proof is even available? The return contained $75 of product and the shipping was $11. Ugh. Naturally, I'm beginning to question their 98% Feefo rating.
Recommendations? Thanks.

Ask them exactly what they want.... I don't think there is any other proof, and honestly, if they are questioning you when the tracking says delivered I consider that extremely poor customer swrvice and would never shop there again!
Query sent "What type of proof would you accept?"
They are now on my "avoid" list. Ebay may side too much with the buyer, but in this case I would really appreciate that level of customer support.
I feel "hung out to dry." I'm not certain what recourse I have available. Sigh.
