Depression and bras
I was finally writing a little introduction for myself and it got me thinking. Wanted to share and discuss if anyone related
Bra shopping is... therapeutic. Like, I love getting new bras and trying them. I love stalking forums for deals, refreshing tracking all day, the excitement of getting a package. It makes me happy. As I struggle with depression and finding the right treatment this year, it's nice to have a package to look forward to. It's weird how much of a help it has been honestly, but I'm sure some of you understand. The joy of trying on a lusted after bra after a long day of work.
I guess this could be called a shopping addiction at some point, but I try to be rational with it. I try to sell bras before I buy more. I rarely pay more than $20 for a bra. I do get the same feeling buying things like shoes, but I never sell those back!With bras it's easy to pass them on, to exchange them, if they aren't the best fit. And then you can get another!

Yup! Can totally relate. It is way too much fun getting a new bra in the mail :)
I am struggling with an eating disorder and have very similar feelings. Keep up the good work, mental ailments are hard to fight
