Boux Avenue

So I have a dilemma. After weeks of researching and deliberating, I purchased four Boux Avenue bras. This was with very minimal information available, so I knew I was taking a risk, and it definitely didn't pay off. Only one "fits" (wires a bit too wide, empty space in lower cup, otherwise everything else is perfect), one would need the top edge altered, one is just a complete fail, and one would need extra padding to fill it out. They are all soooo pretty, and I'm so sad that it didn't work out.

So my question is: Do I keep the ones I think I can alter? Do I return them and pay $25+ shipping* (the same value as one of the bras)? Or would anyone be interested and willing to pay full price (or close to full price) if I listed them here? I only have a few weeks to return, so I'm probably forced to pay priority/express return shipping if I do that option.

*Edit: recalculated it, and in the original packaging, with tracking, would be $65!!!

  • I can only help with the one that's too wide: if you squeeze the wires in a bit that would make them both narrower and hopefully a little deeper. I say if they require more then 5 minutes to fix send them back.

  • @gratiat Thanks for the advice. :) The wires are SUPER stiff, so not sure if I could permanently bend them, but I guess I could try.... And I just recalculated the shipping for returning in the original packaging, and it's $65!! :( That's half what I paid for the entire order!
