Bra Panic!
I finally have an adequate bra collection after a lifetime of living with one or two ill- fitting, uncomfortable bras. But for the last couple weeks I've slowly been getting bigger than my new, aduquate to perfect fitting bras could accommodate. I seriously went into panic mode.
I was on my period last week but I never really noticed my bras fitting or not fitting during my period. However, four days ago my brand new 44K - Wellfitting ยป Liftsational Extra Deep Plunge suddenly was quadding everywhere (but I still wore it because it was the only thing soft enough to wear when my breasts were aching). Then I wore it yesterday and it was like when I first got it and fit perfectly again. So I guess I swell a lot on my period. I did order a few bras a cup size up when I was in panic mode about not having any bras that fit. I can wear those when I'm swollen for a few weeks. Thanks to you guys I would have never known that was a thing to watch out for!

Oh ya, the period bloat really is a thing. I think our breasts are more susceptible to it for sure. My bras tend to get a little loose when I am just over my cycle and I'm like, WTH this bra was not loose before...LOL
Glad you managed with your Wellfitting. I am lucky in that my breasts don't get tender but for those of you who do, I feel your pain. Just one more thing to deal with once a month.
I panicked the first few times I noticed that - its harder to tell when your bras dont really fit anyways! but now i've been gaining weight and cup size. it feels like it'll never stop. I've tried cutting back on sweets but i swear i'm still gaining. I'm starting in to menopause and I'm assuming thats playing a role. (last mo period was 2 days bleeding and 2 days spotting, then i went 5 weeks and had a 4 days bleed/3 day spotting . . . definitely changes coming)
