I really shouldn't go inside Nordstrom Rack unless I am fully prepared to buy something. I wasn't expecting to find anything, as I hadn't the last few times I went. I was hoping to find a Natori Feathers unlined to try.
Instead, I found a Fantasie Allegra for $15! 32C, sadly, but to my surprise, it fit my larger breast quite well (and wrinkled badly on the other). The band, of course, is way too big. I'll have to fold it over AND sew some elastic onto it. But for $15? Worth it. It's a much better price than I'll get on ebay, even after waiting a couple years.
It's such a contrast to the Fauve Chloe. That one is hard everywhere: wires, band, straps, even the mesh in the cups. But the Allegra is soft everywhere. Which, yes, does mean I'll have more work to do on the band, but at least I also don't have the shape mismatch problem I do with the Chloe.
This gives me much hope for the Fantasie Francesca Noir. That one is soooo pretty.
