Today has been a very bad pain day. Today is the kind of day that makes me think there is no bra on earth that will make me rethink reduction surgery.
Not that either solution is something I can do anything about today but wait.
Does anyone else in the 34G-H range have difficulty breathing? I've been tested for a variety of things which might be to blame, but no dice. Could it be my breasts? Would a supportive bra help?

Bless your heart! I hope you are able to find a physician who can help identify the problem.
Although anything is possible, 34g-h isn't abnormally large, so boob weight wouldn't be in my top ten guesses for the cause of breathing impairment. That size is in my range and both my sisters are even more gifted, and we're all breathing fine. My largest sibling has some back pain occasionally but agrees that a good bra is essential to reducing the frequency and severity of back pain.
That's my size as well, and I consider my breasts thoroughly medium-sized. Everyone is different and, like Lynn said, anything is possible, but I also wouldn't blame your boobs for breathing trouble.
ETA: Sorry if that came off harsh - I didn't mean to! I hope you get to the bottom of whatever it is. I have awful asthma, I know nothing is worse than not being able to catch your breath. :(
