Customer service ???

I placed two orders, one a couple days ago (3items) and one today (2items). This is my communication with BL Ebay store today:
Please start reading from bottom to top in chronological order.

5,90GBP is what you consider combined postage for the two items, when the individual postage cost is 2.95 each? Sorry, you lost me there. You may have meant something else, but I can't see any changes to my original order's shipping cost.

Hi unfortunately for some countries postage that can be traced is required. We have considered not selling to your country aswell as Israel as the postal services in both countries have delivery issues, that is why we require tracked postage. Many sellers will not sell to either country but we do

It is misleading when you state 1GBP for each additional item for this particular country if you can't actually deliver. Why don't you erase it from your shipping terms if it isn't an option? Can't say I like the way you are handling this. It is unfortunate that you are not encouraging international buyers.

Hi postage to your country is tracked this cost is £8.95, we have not charged you this amount and the postage falls below the cost of tracked postage

  • Unfortunately yes that is very bad customer service , ask them to ship each item separately as they are charging separate.

    What happens is usually an eBay system error but they definitely should refund you . EBay is at times very frustrating and backwards for both the buyer and seller . Next time if a combined shipping doesn't automatically show up when you ad them to your cart /basket push the ask seller for a new shipping quote button before you pay . This will generate an alert to send the correct combined invoice . Also make sure your adding to the cart/basket then paying not buying now then buying more. A very large seller like this should have their shipping set up correctly to handle combined shipping ..it's not dependent upon countries but orders . I am thinking they have many people working for them and don't understand what to do to correct the issue .

    I am an eBay seller so that is how I know it is not that difficult for them . Btw I get them saying that Croatia mail service and Israeli mail being the same is insulting as very few sellers will ship to Israel at the moment due to the terrible issues with tracking packages lately .

    Now if it was me I would suggest that "we cancel my total order and refund my money unless they combine the shipping per the ad" . Unless you love the bras that much .

  • Ivp Does the add to cart function still work for you? I haven't been having pop up as an option for me recently
