Underwires popping out from the gore?
I haven't found that perfectly fitting bra yet, but I've got some that fit much, much better - so how come the underwires are popping out of the center?
This has happened in two different bras from two different brands - one a Sculptresse, one a Curvy Kate. My googling suggests that this is generally a problem when the band is too loose and the cup too large, but the bands on both bras are quite firm and the gore tacks snugly in both. One of the bras IS at least a cup size too large, but it doesn't fit too badly - the stretch lace on the top seems to mitigate any issues from the too-large cup. I've worn both less than a dozen times. The bras don't really have anything else in common - different fabric types, one is more wide and shallow and the other narrower and more projected, the gores are different heights. It's a total mystery to me.
It isn't a huge deal since I can just sew them back in, and the underwires aren't actually breaking as they did in my old, poorly fitting bras, but it is pretty disconcerting when an underwire suddenly pops up between my breasts and waves about like a third arm before I can tackle it into submission. What the heck?

I seem to remember someone close to my size range having this happen twice in a month, of a brand she'd been wearing for years. I am awful with names tho. I hope its just a really bad streak of luck!
I've had that happen in new CK bras. They aren't the best quality always.
The Sculptresse is the one that confuses me because mine are all really well made. I hope it doesn't continue for you.
