So, can we talk about bikini bottoms?
I have a "figure 8" shape, which means I carry most of my weight in my high hips. I have a narrow waist, a flair out to my high hip, a little tush and low hip, and skinny legs.
I'm trying to avoid the epic love handle issue that happens with lots of bikini bottoms due to my body shape. Does any one have any recommendations for bottoms? Brands? Styles? Advice? Bottoms should be ocean-appropriate for moderate use. somewhere between swimming laps and lounging in a hammock all day.
I'm pretty much set for tops-- but if you have a Freya 32GG bikini top you're not using, I'd be interested in hearing more about it

I have a cute bikini bottom with a foldover waistband from Old Navy that I love! I have a similar issue, I believe it's called violin hips? Anyway my waist is about 10" smaller than my bust and hips, and my hips have a kind of double-indent. The extra fabric fits right into the indent so it makes the transition much smoother.
skyepilot I thought I was the only one with that double indent! I typically wear high waisted bottoms because normal bottoms end right at that indent and give me a big muffin top. The Freya Bondi Vibe set and the Cleo Cassie both have high waisted bottoms I like.
