My 2nd Comexim order arrived - hello, inconsistency
Well, it's a mixed bag! I got the Coco and the Angelina plunge, both in 85K. The band on the Coco is too loose for me on the tightest hook, whereas the Angelina is so tight I can barely close it without an extender. I don't have a measuring tape now, but if I put them one next to the other, I estimate about a 5cm difference in the unstretched band (?!)
This is the second order from Comexim, in the previous one I got the exact same situation - the band on the Sonia 3HC was too loose, while the Adore plunge I could barely close, although they were in theory the same size. Is this type of inconsistency in band length a usual situation that I should expect? Since the sizes are custom, the order cannot be returned.
Other than that, the Coco fits beautifully, and the Angelina plunge doesn't fit at all, although the fabric is so beautiful that I might try to order it again in a 3HC.

My first 3 Comexim orders were the same bra in 3 different sizes. I was trying to get a good fit. Every time I reordered based on the bra I got, the next was wildly inconsistent. I gave up and went for mostly unaltered plunges. Those are also inconsistent in fit between the styles, but much less so than the 3hc I tried first. When I get up the courage to order again I'll try new alterations.
I just got a Sonia 3HC that was very loose in the band. But the Ingrid plunge I got was perfect in the band. I've been ordering from other retailers, to try out the fit without having to worry about sending returns to Poland. Hearing this makes me not want to order direct from them.
