Just sayin'...

When I see bras listed here for double or three times the price for what those are currently being sold new at some retailers, I can't help wondering who will buy them for that price?? And now some might come with the argument "this is how much I paid". Well, if only I could sell all my listed bras for how much I paid for them.... So, how does it work then? I don't feel comfortable making offers which would be just a fraction of the asked price, so I just buy them elsewhere. Sometimes I'm thinking, should I drop a note saying "sorry hun you'll never sell that x,y or z bra from x seasons back", but then I never do. I know, I know... Maybe somebody is nuts about that particular bra in that particular size and will go for it. Or an exchange can take place. Or it's gonna be listed forever and I will be tempted to share unsolicited advice. Just a rant from me after I spent around 100£ for heavily discounted lingerie last week.

  • Well, not really. I would pay up to 30 pounds for a 30FF Curvy Kate Flaunt Bra (CK106) , even though it is from 2013 (I thinks). Some people list rare items that are worth what they want, but yeah - some of these are ridiculously pricey.

  • Scharminkeltje I'll keep your Flaunt bra in mind - will let you know if I see one. Weren't you selling a 32E for 3£ or something like that?
