All Comexim Retailers Not Created Equal
So far, my absolute favorite way to buy this brand (and Ewa Michalak) is through Jaimie at Bra Obsessed.
WellFitting's return policy is great, but they apparently don't really do customizing and since they stopped having a US address their higher prices have stopped being worthwhile to me.
Zathiya does customizations -- for a deposit -- and then won't take returns on them if they don't work out.
So Jaimie is my gold standard.
I've also sent emails asking for fitting help to all three, and one to Comexim direct as well; Jaimie wins here too, being almost ridiculously knowledgeable of her stock. Not only does she know how a bra runs generally but she has sold me bras based on their _stretched_ measurement; and she knew that she had an exceptionally small 75HH - Comexim » Noir Plunge Bra (410) so she sent it to me even though we both agree that 70 is my usual size in the brand.
I emailed Zathiya because I wanted to get an Annika half cup, but wanted to try it with firmer wires, after my experience with 32J - Wellfitting » Liftsational Classic Demi ... and the response I got back was from someone who clearly didn't know that this was even a possible alteration, and tried to suggest I size up in the band. An... interesting suggestion, given that the cups are only distorting at all in the center, and that both 32s were completely comfortable immediately.
The Annika is apparently also discontinued, but that's not a problem I've run into when ordering from Jaimie. I have a Summer Time CHP headed my way because she asked and EM had some of the fabric left, for pity's sake. That's another reason why I order through her: because she has a relationship and an ability to advocate for these things.
So....... yeah. I wanted to try Zathiya despite their policies on customized bras because I liked the Annika, but their customer support person literally signed off by saying that if I'm not going to order something they have in stock, I should contact Comexim directly. Which did nothing to combat the general impression I was getting from their deposit policy that they would much rather not be dealing with the brand or its demanding customers at all. :\

Just want to second Jaime as being super awesome and friendly. Will happily buy from her again when I see a Ewa I need.

Jaimie at Bra Obsessed is great. I'm glad to learn you've had such success with Comexim through her, rainbrasspetals ! If you want to round out your review of Comexim retailers, you may want to try Erica at Sophisticated Pair someday. She's an enthusiastic proponent of the brand.
