I hate boob growth
I think that EM's 70K bras are officially too small for me. I ordered an S Diament because Zathiya had one in stock and my old bras were getting too small, and that was kind of borderline. Then I got an SM Kusidelko in an 80J (I'm in love with this bra and planned to alter the band down a bit) and there's DEFINITELY some quadding there. I think it's time to accept that I might need to go up more sizes than I want to. So in 18 months I've gained about 25 pounds and at least 8 cup sizes... This is getting to be expensive 😒

Omg! I feel terrible and can relate some. I think i've gained 10 lb and gone up 2 cup sizes. I am afraid the S I just ordered (also a 70K) might be too small - but its a glamour and many reviews said the cups ran tall, making it effectively bigger. But i went up a cup in the SF - because my 75J sf really just doesnt fit. I fall out.
I'm 51 and thought I'd be ending my period this year, but they wavered for a while and are back on track for completely regular, so I still have a while to go before the hormones settle down. I tried to add a little to my exercise routine, but our cat broke his ankle and its just a lot harder to find time when I'm constantly trying to stop him from jumping on things.
that was one nice thing about wearing decent exposures bras (esp the lined lycra) - they never gave me much lift, but i could gain and lose 10 lb and stay in the same cup
Oh man, I feel your pain! I have lost some and my band has gone down but my cup is sneaking up...makes no sense to me! They have a mind of their own it seems!
