Will amazon do anything about this?

I order this Freya Fancies from amazon (using my brother's prime account). And this is how one of the cups look. The cups were folded into each other, and while this is considered unlined, it's lightly lined. The padding is very thin, and the creases look like they're permanent (it's on both sides). This was the last 28E that amazon had (but there's some from other sellers).
And the worst creases are on my smaller side, so it looks bad.

I don't want to return the bra, because I like it.

  • I haven't had any experience with this exact issue myself, but I do know that every interaction I or my family has ever had with Amazon customer service has been very pleasant and resolved quickly. I think it's worth calling or emailing, explain you love the bra but it was damaged when you received it, and see what they say!

  • I had to stop ordering hardcover books from Amazon because they always arrived dented. I was told reordering wouldn't help because they couldn't take the time to pad the items properly in the boxes they use. I did get 10% off.

I've heard lots of good stories about Amazon taking care of their customers when items arrived damaged, though. They must have gotten better since my hardcover revelation. I agree with ennakym it's worth contacting them.
