Comexim & Zathiya Lingerie
Just so y'all know, we are not alone in frustration at Comexim's dubitable quality assurance. I ordered through Zathiya during her holiday sale (35% off) figuring the small extra $$ was worth the hassle/costs in case I would have had to return.
Am I ever glad I did!! Not only has Aisha at Zathiya been amazing in communicating to me and going the extra mile, but sadly Zathiya - a volume resaler for Comexim - gets to bear the brunt of Comexim's fail. She ordered 2 3HC bras in 2 different sizes so I could choose the one that fit best (Yoko & Rosettes in 70HH & 75H). Pretty simple stuff right? Comexim did not do that. Instead they made and sent 5 Yoko's, 2 each of 70HH and 75H and one 75HH. Er??? The Rosettes they made and sent only 1 in 75HH. Not the size Aisha ordered, or the quantity either. At least they are all 3HC's! She's talked to Anna who offered to start over and do it right, but goodness gracious me...somewhere in Poland is a job opening for a Quality Assurance Specialist who can save a sweet company a ton of money!
I cannot recommend Zathiya and Aisha highly enough. I wouldn't have gone through this in nearly the good humor that she has.

Aisha's customer service was outstanding regarding my order, too.
Incredibly frustrating to read the order errors occurring within a company I admire. Ugh!!!
I'm glad you were able to get such good service with Zathiya. It makes a big difference when you have someone you can trust to get the order fixed and done right.
This kind of mixup (and uncertainty about what size to order) has made me hesitant to order directly from Comexim. Like you, I decided to go through another company first. I spoke with Erica at Sophisticated Pair today and she was so nice and helpful (good customer service). I'm still nervous about whether the Comexim bra will work for me, but she gave me good options to test things out before doing a custom order that will take two months to get and might not be the right size. :)
