Idea about shipping
Jj , we really need a 'shipping volunteer' feature for the site. So many girls are asking me to forward their orders from Poland to UK / US / elsewhere, I am sure many more don't do that since they don't know I am willing to do so. Maybe we should start a thing where person from country X will check that she is willing to ship to other countries to help out? I know I looked for a person to do that for me and it was a nightmare.

It sounds like a great idea, but I am not sure how would such thing work.
I cannot help to think that it will be difficult for the site to take responsibility when things go wrong, they'll complain and want some resolution, where I would have 0 info and just shrug about it would not make anyone happy.
I can imagine just providing some help indicating who can offer for what.
We could keep a score, like on eBay, when users leave feedback :) and when you pay via paypal you can get your cash back easy peasy. I know, since I have been scammed and got money back.
