I actually think this is a silly bra and I love all the other sheer look and strappy ones
However adding frilly ruffles across the top makes it unwearable under clothing and somehow straps plus ruffled equal I would feel silly not sensual.
I'd rather translate that as kinkiness or raciness - the word 'pikanteria'is a derivative of 'pikantny' (spicy), but it is used to describe sexually toned behaviour or outfit.
And I suggested Moulin Rouge - though the bra is ridiculous, something out of a cheap Chinese polyester lingerie for strippers catalogue.
