Back Spasms - I'm just complaining
Not sure where to begin with this. All that I can say is that holy mama my back has been in serious pain. I'm not sure if my bra bands are too small. I'm not sure if my bra cups are too small but I'm in pain.
For the past 3 months I've either been going bra less on the days I don't have work or I've been unclasping my bras everyday. I know now the meaning of nipple covers.
Tomorrow I'm heading to a bra boutique in Oakland, CA. I'm convinced that I need to try bras in the 34f range and I'm going to leave all my 32ff's behind.
I'm not even sure which sizes I should be trying when I go tomorrow. All I know is that the hook and eye closures on my bras are straining, well the 70ff ewa @ Collette bra is straining. Even the 32ff @ Kris Line kama feels too tight and I have to unhlol the clasps on that as well.
My current measurements are: (30.5= tight measurement, 31.5/32=snug measurement, 41.5= lying down bust measurement, 42=leaning measurement, and standing=41.5). I would go with a 32g or 32gg but I have a wide back and I think that my measurements over estimate my cup size.
For those of you like me who have pain when they wear the wrong bra size (AA-M+ cups) please remember that pain is not normal. You don't have to be in pain, unless pain is part of your daily experience and bras can minimze but not eliminate it entirely.

Good luck! I coughed so hard once I gave myself back spasms for a week, the worst pain I have ever experienced (I fainted twice the first day from the pain). If you can, take some time off to heal those muscles. Then, gradual strengthening and stretching. I sincerely hope you feel better soon.
Oh, also buy some extenders while you're there and maybe you can wear your smaller bras sometimes still!
