(Almost) nothing fits, but something does!

So, a couple of days ago, I went to visit some relatives of mine who live near the capital and got a chance to look at a shop that is selling wide range of bras - probably the widest one in my country. I was really hoping to be able to try on some new styles, different brands...

At first, it was a dissapointment. The assistant was really proffessional and she knew the signs of bad fit - so we agreed on the fact that everything was fitting me badly. I tried an @Ewa Michalak bra (I don´t recall the name, but I think it is the model Grace in white/ivory/something like that) - according to her calculator, I am supposed to be something like 32GG. I tried 30JJ and it was still a tiny bit small in the cups and the band was way too loose on my ribcage. Icould hook it on the last wet of hook comfortably and it still felt loose. And her bands are supposed to be tight! So, I´d say I would maybe fit into a 28K/KK- which is only made with an extra fee and can´t be returned...Also, I don´t think I really liked the amount of projection the bra gave me. So, this brand is sadly a no go for me.

I tried some other bras as well, but none of them fit. The @Scantilly @Surrender was lovely, but since they only had it in 32H, the band was insanely large.

In the end, I asked for a panache @Sports bra. I got a black one in 30H with underwires and fell in love immediately. I didn´t dare hope it would fit - but surprisingly, it did! I don´t know how is that even possible, but it did fit well! I can wear it hooked comfortably on the loosest set of hooks and still get enough support. Perhaps the fact that it is very tall allowed me to somehow accomodate my insanely tall roots into the bra. So, now I have a sports bra - which I haven´t had since I was thirteen years old! :-) Looking forward to a better weather to try actually go running. Right now, it´s snowing in here. I´m gonna write a review of this bra. but just a quick note: what I really do appreciate is the fact that the wires are wrapped in a thick layer of fabric, so they don´t hurt me (my ribcage is basically just bones and cartillages and a thin layer of muscles and skin, so that´s a common issue). Now I kind of wish I could buy more of them...

In the end, I call it a successfull shopping trip.
