Everybody gets updated profiles
The new profiles had been enabled for a while to users that had certain reputation level. Now they are enabled for all users. You still need to gain a minimum level of reputation to claim a personalized URL
Additionally, the top menu now is enabled for everybody. Let's start getting used to it. Maybe some won't like it I'm sure, but I imagine it'll grow on you and become invisible, that's the nature of change on the Internet I guess.
Behind the scenes a bunch of code changes and bug fixes happened, nothing too visible yet but making room for more features and incremental design changes.

Looks great :-) We humans and our aptitude for change fit a Bell curve. So, I expect close to half of us may not like the changes. I'm on the other side of the curve and have liked the changes for months ;-) Thanks for all you do, @Jj!!
