DIY strap placement

Has anyone ever tried to move the straps in on EM or Comexim? Everything about Polish is perfect except the straps for me. It's not the placement in the front either. The point where they meet the band in the back is what's not working for me. If anyone has done this successfully, any tips?

  • I've done it for all the EMs I have. It was easier than I thought. Just take the straps, rubber bands apart, and then fold down the extra fabric you want to remove under your arm or armpit area. After pinning the fabric being folded and the rubber band, sew it together.

This my blog posting about the strap alteration. Although I cut the extra fabric on that bra in the pictures, it is not necessary. I hope it will be helpful to you :) Good luck!!

  • For the back I have the same problems with Curvy Kates. I actually did solve the strap problem by adding a second strap pulling from near the back clasp, sort of like @Ewa Michalak sm ja wiem.
