Bare Necessities vouchers: rant-ish

I returned two bras from two different Bare Necessities orders a while back. I received store credit for them in the form of two vouchers. No biggie. I mean, wouldn't it be nice to only have to deal with one twelve digit code and receive half of the four emails it took for them to process the return and issue the vouchers? I sound kinda snarky, but I was perfectly content with the process at this point and understood that two orders means two returns means two vouchers.

I got an email with a code for 30% off one transaction+free shipping today, scoured the sale section in my size, decided to try a pour moi bra and bikini top, figuring I would just about perfectly use the $$ from the returns.

But they only let you use one voucher code. Even when I called a real person to order, she tells me that there is only room for one voucher.

Imagine having two $50 gift cards, your order comes out to $87.50, but you can only use one gift card. (in reality my remaining balance was $15 and the original total like twice that BUT STILL). There is one box for gift cards/return vouchers/etc and it only allows a single code. I'm baffled. Am I out of line for being REALLY ANNOYED?

I got sucked in by the 30% off, attached to the items in my cart (because omg who doesn't love sale+further discounts), and all self-satisfied thinking I would use up my vouchers and that Bare Necessities would stop emailing me reminders to use them aaaaaaaaaand no.

  • Annoyed just reading about it.

  • I bought a few bras from them years ago when i was still trying to figure out my size. I went through that a few times. I'm pretty sure i abandoned $40 or so there out of frustration.

    I buy everything from amazon now . . .
