2.5 hours, wow! That sounds like quite a workout.
It was mostly jumping around with four kids and climbing 6+ levels of stairs to slide at a waterpark. Not a workout, but constant movement with the little people. Impressive. Even after a night of sleep (I move a lot), the band is level and hasn't moved. Wide elastic bands are awesome for me!
