i mailed off my return package over a month ago and still haven't gotten my money return. i've contacted them several times and they say to keep waiting.
how long does it usually take to get a refund from them?
does anybody have any experience returning stuff back to them from the USA?

Does the tracking/delivery confirmation show that it's been delivered?
thats the problem. i didn't get tracking because i goofed when i printed the label so i just did first class package with no tracking.... :(
