Relief, but...

So, my husband had a health scare last month. My anxiety and depression reared its ugly head and I lost 13 or 14 pounds in 5 weeks. He finally had a follow up appointment today and we got good news that he's pretty much OK, just has to slow down a little. So, relief at last!

So, I lost all that weight, but nothing in my boobs. Now, I'm worried that my boobs will start growing if I gain weight again, so I need to maintain this weight as best as I can! I have too much invested in bras to grow again!

  • i've been sort of in the same boat as you lately. for maintaining weight, i've been only eating when my stomach growls, but still eating as much and whatever i want, and that seems to be working so far. good luck and i hope all continues as well :)

  • Thank you. I was already trying to limit my snacking and watch my portion sizes, so I had lost a little weight, the healthy way, before everything went upside down (I've had several stressful things happen since December, but my husband's hospitalization and then the 5 week wait to see a specialist really broke me down). I'm hoping that continuing my healthier eating habits will help me maintain this, plus finally getting back to the gym might help too.
