Relief, but...
So, my husband had a health scare last month. My anxiety and depression reared its ugly head and I lost 13 or 14 pounds in 5 weeks. He finally had a follow up appointment today and we got good news that he's pretty much OK, just has to slow down a little. So, relief at last!
So, I lost all that weight, but nothing in my boobs. Now, I'm worried that my boobs will start growing if I gain weight again, so I need to maintain this weight as best as I can! I have too much invested in bras to grow again!

i've been sort of in the same boat as you lately. for maintaining weight, i've been only eating when my stomach growls, but still eating as much and whatever i want, and that seems to be working so far. good luck and i hope all continues as well :)
Thank you. I was already trying to limit my snacking and watch my portion sizes, so I had lost a little weight, the healthy way, before everything went upside down (I've had several stressful things happen since December, but my husband's hospitalization and then the 5 week wait to see a specialist really broke me down). I'm hoping that continuing my healthier eating habits will help me maintain this, plus finally getting back to the gym might help too.
