A Whole New World
First I was a perfect 34B. Then came my 30th birthday and I was professionally fitted at 32DDD. Then I started overflowing those - and right as I was breaking in the bands on all the new bras I bought, too! My bratabase recommendation is 34F-FF while the size calculator on r/abrathatfits recommends a 32F. There are all these new shape terms to learn and considerations to make and it's all very dizzying. Then there's the fact that I don't really have the budget to buy new bras, and I'm not sure my collection of poor abused 34Bs is worth offering up for exchange or even giveaway.
How did you feel when you first learned how to properly fit bras? Any words of encouragement or advice for a lost and excited but overwhelmed newbie?

this blog post is a helpful run down on shape and terms if you haven't seen it yet

Learning about shape and your new size can be a lot at once - is there somewhere near you which may have 32F or 34F bras to try on? Trying a few helped me get a feel for my new size, but other people find trying on a bunch of bras even more overwhelming than sifting through reviews and shape guides. Depends on the person.
