Longline bras. I am interested in trying longline bras to help stop my breasts from riding down from my imf any suggestions, ideas or thoughts on where to begin even?

I don't think that wearing longlines will really solve that problem. IMF issues are either an incompatibility with the cut of the cups or the width of the wires. In my case, wires don't stay in my IMF when the cup of a bra simply isn't cut to be deep enough for me. The extended band of a longline does nothing to solve that issue, and probably won't for you either.
Thank you that makes sense especially when I'm trying to forcefully get the gore to tack I ended up with quading
