How to include cut information across brands?

So today I received a 65G - Le Vernis » Glamour and when I unwrapped I seriously thought I am going crazy... I have seen this very same cut and sew patter somwhere else. A little browse through my archive and it turns out the 65G - Konrad » Desire Me Balkonetka is an identical twin of the bra. Everything is identical, not just the cut, but the person who has designed Desire Me and Glamour and constructed both of them must have been the same human being. The bras are just copies of each other in terms of what is going on with the cup interior-wise; the little details make me sure of it. Those two brand smust have purchased same cup forms ( I have been told that this is the cheap way of sewing bras wholesale - they order cups, decorate them, add bands and there you go; a bra). Big brands like Panache or Frey don't do that, but for smaller companies it is quite common.

Is it possible to mark somewhere in the Bratabase, that despite those bras being from two very different brands they are also cut-twins?

  • First, we'd need to link Le Vernis and Konrad as linked brands, so the system knows that there are real reasons of why two bras would share design.

Is this a case like Comexim making bras for Wellfitting and Anna Pardal For Comexim or Parfait By Affinitas making bras for Adore Me.

After that's done, things would look something like this: http://www.bratabase.com/browse/wellfitting/related/

And then, we'd be able to link them as being the same cut. But first, we'd have to know what is the relationship between both brands.
