How often does your size change?
I just realized a few days ago that my bra size must have changed because the two bras that had fit me perfectly after I measured myself again 5 months ago were now riding up and I was having occasional back pain. Looks like I went up in band and in the cup. It seems that my size is changing roughly every 5 months when I haven’t had major weight shifts and if anything, have gone down 3-4 pounds.
I remember hearing somewhere that you should measure every 6 months but I didn’t really take that seriously until now. It seems weird to me that I went up in band and cup when my weight has mostly stayed the same. I am smaller than I was a couple years ago (by about 5-10 pounds), but it feels like my boobs keep getting bigger even as the rest of me gets slightly smaller. I would’ve expected maybe to go down in band and accordingly up a cup, but to go up a band size and have my breast perimeter go up an inch seems odd. I’m turning 40 next spring.
Do you find your bra size continuing to go up when there are no significant weight fluctuations and you’re not pregnant?

Mine change two cup sizes every two weeks. But, the fluctuations are definitely varied among us. Can be frustrating, but we are living, changing beings ;-)
Wow. Every two weeks?! And so thought 4-5 months was fast!
