that depends HOW it doesnt fit. You could do a fit request - its easier for us to give advice if we can see all your measurements and see you in the bra
Just looked at the photos, and I can see it is not a good fit, you are right. With a close & lower center gore, yes it does push the breasts together, but that's generally better than forcing them under the arms, comfort-wise at least. If you prefer more separation then Gaia may not be ideal for you. Let's try to assess all the potential issues before making another suggestion though.
How do the wires feel? Are they resting on breast tissue on the side? Does the side wing feel too high or low for you? How does the band feel, too tight, too loose, or just right?
