What if I'm wrong
Hi everyone ! This bra adventure will probably make some sense to those of you following me. To the others of you it might be just very confusing.
Since the day I started looking for bras here I have wanted shallow cups and narrow wires. It was the only way I could scope in my tissue on the sides.
But if I take a look at the boobs I have, not taking migration into account, do I really have shallow boobs? Are they really wide rooted?
If I did have shallow 36FF/G boobs would I really feel cramped in a 32J Andorra even if the cups would be pulled flat? The size is still two cup sizes up from a 36G and three from a 36FF.
If not something is amiss.
My boobs have sloped down and sagged a little. I have a firm base of glandular tissue inside a very soft cover. When I lay on my back my boobs are up to my chin. When I stand up or sit they slope down to below the widest part of my rib cage. Which makes them look shallow in comparison with my curved rib cage.
But does that really mean they are shallow. Because they don't even look anything close to shallow. They lock, long, narrow with nipples in the lower part of the boobs.
Which would suggest I need deeper cups with narrower wires and an open top.
Might it be my root was just messed up from too small cups?

The only part I've missed is how did you get from 32J to 36ff? :) This is baffeling to me, I would expect you trying a 34 H or a 36gg if you are going to try bigger band sizes.
I see 36ff working only in superstreatchy cups like andorra or rive gauche.
:D It was because t_maia that fitted me according to my measurements. Look under her suggestions in my fitting thread about the 34J Andorra and you see it :D
She gave me the 36FF/G/GG
I am now in a 34GG CK Tease me that I simply have refused to even take off for the last three hours. That's how comfortable it is!
My boobs are finally lifted, I have no neck pain and the look is amazing.
Even if the center gore doesn't lay flat (because of my close boobs) it's so comfortable I probably could even sleep in it.
Both the 36F Pollyanna and the 36G Pollyanna had cut in on top. The band was fine though.
Pollyanna is known to have a generous cup so I would absolutely say I'm closer to a 36G and maybe GG than 36FF. But I'm absolutely sure about the need for open tops.
If I would buy a 36 band Andorra I would probably go for a 36GG.
Are your boobs also only close set on the top? There is no way I will have a center gore lay flat between my boobs on the top. I would either need very low center gores or just accept they will turn upon each other with unpadded bras, or float on the top if it's a padded bra.
These boobs are literary up to my chin. I looove it :D
I have a 36G Fleurty that fits about the same but I suspect it's smaller in the cup than Tease me.
I will measure later. But since I refuse to take this bra off it will take a while :D
