CK Brief size...
Olá!
I've been hunting for a curvy kate bikini on ebay for months, and I finally got one! The bra at least... (and the outcome wasn't as happy as expected...but that will go for another adventure)
Now that I have the top, I want to buy the bottoms, since they weren't both on the same store xc The problem: what size to choose. I really want to get this right at first, since I have already spent a lot on shippings of delivery and returns.
The information:
Curvy Kate Coral Reef bikini short.
I'm either an 8 or 10.
I have never bought things in UK sizes. I'm usually a 36 in EU, so based on the CK labels, I would be an 8. But I know that conversion labels aren't always accurate. Maybe with measurements from hips?
I measure 92cm=36'' on the larger part (butt included) and 84cm=33'' where the waistband will probably be.
Does anyone have experience on brief sizes from Curvy Kate?
Thank you

I have a Curvy Kate bottom that goes with the Soda Pop bra that I have. Unstretched, it's 28 inches, and can stretch to 44 inches. My hips are 38.5 inches and 33 inches where the elastic rests. The leg openings don't have elastic, and the material is very stretchy mesh. It fits between comfortable and slightly too large on me because the legs are so open and loose.
Swimsuit material stretches when it's wet, and the patterns aren't graded any differently than regular panty patterns I don't think. By your hip measurement, I would say 8, but by where it will sit, a 10. If you feel like the butt area and leg openings will sag too much when wet, go with the 8. Otherwise, if it looks like there's a lot of seam binding that would keep it tight, go with the 10. You can always alter smaller. :)
Thank you @Slava-Zone for the info :)
Still not sure which one to choose D: but closer xD
