Fabric softener scent
I use unscented laundry stuff because i'm sensitive to smells. The newest used bra smells so strongly of fabric softener, even my husband was able to smell it and be disturbed by it.
Google tells me to soak in BS, rinse in vinegar (which i also hate the smell of) or wash in hot water and strip like diaper.
Um, no, not to my lace covered Ewa S!
Last time I think it faded after a couple of months. but if anyone has any simple ideas . . .

I had a similar situation. I soaked it in cold water and detergent twice, 2x 15 minutes with a dry session in between. It still stunk, so I threw it in the washing machine. That seems to have helped lessen it.
I soaked in cold water and vinegar and then washed like normal and it helped. You can't smell the vinegar after washing.
