Comexim Customer Service
Does anyone know about how long it takes for Comexim to respond to emails? I sent one 2 days ago about a manufacturing issue I had with my order and I'm not sure if I should send a follow up or wait a little longer. Thanks!

I'd send another, sometimes things get overlooked.
it may be helpful to put a "read" option on your email to know they opened it, and it did not go to spam. Just a thought.
