I recently just had a baby 09/2016. I breast fed for 5 months also this is my third child and only one I was able to breast feed. Along with that I lost a lot of weight. About 60lbs. My breast have been through a major change lately. I have never really owned a good bra. I usually just wore an el cheapo one from walmart or somewhere similar and always bought a 36c no matter the brand. I thought that maybe it was defiantly time to find the right fitting comfortable bra. My husband suggested victorias secret and of course I thought it was a splendid idea. Man was I was i wrong. The girl measured me at a 34C. I bought 4 bras at this size. Of course they weren't right. I was constantly fidgeting pulling my bra down and my straps up. Even worse the underwire poking me constantly and even rubbing me raw. So I went back and got a 34 B thinking I just needed to go down a cup size because the other one was 2 big. I forgot to mention i purchased roughly 30 bras from a girl size 32B and 32A I am really skinny so I figured they would probably fit... Nope. I also tried the strap extenders and that didn't work. It felt like the cups didnt sit right on the band. After all of this I started doing some major research and learned about the bra matrix and sister sizes and how bra fitting actually works. The girl at Victorias secret didnt mention a peep about all of this!! So after returning multiple bras and being stuck with a bunch of bras that dont fit i finally found my size. A 32D in Victorias secret! Never would I of thought i wore a D cup. Most people think D cup they think really big ones. Its crazy to think of how many women are wearing the wrong size bra! Maybe is women wouldn't be so temperamental if we just had a more comfortable bra! It sucks being uncomfortable! For me my bra fitting is more than just my comforte. I suffer from sever anxiety and if I'm fidgeting and messing with my bra especially I draw extra attention to myself.
This whole bra discovery has helped me and even my best friend. She has very very large breast. I hated seeing her slouch and she even started to develop a hunch. Shes only 21! Also her bra strap was always way high up her back like almost to her armpits! She isnt a very small girl so this just made her look even more bigger. She doenst have back rolls but her bra made her have them. She also doesnt have as big of a middle section as she appeared to have. Her breast would hang way lower than they should and wearing a t shirt made her appear to be much larger than she is. Not that being big is a bad thing! Please no one take offense to this! Us women all want to look our best though right. Even if you are big or super skinny you at least want to look flattering and show off your actual physic. So you have to have clothing that fits you to properly flatter you. If your bra isn't the right size you have extra rolls and saggy girls. Not who you really are though!! Just because a woman has large breats doenst mean she cant perk them up and show off her waist just like us girls with itty bitty ones! Anyways my friend had been wearing a 40D and she should of been wearing a 38DDD!! She now stands up straighter walks proud and dresses like she feels! I am so happy I could share what I have learned with her and help her the way I did. Her confidence has went sky high! She really needed this too. She was recently dumped from a 2 year relationship... Her first one too. Its amazing the affects a great fitting bra can have on a girl!
