My last Ewa order shipped 20 days ago and it's still not here. Normally it takes only 14 or so days. When should I start to become concerned?

I feel like the last time I ordered it took longer than usual? but that may have been around the holidays
Mine shipped 3/9 and still isn't here either. I don't get concerned until the 28 day marker. Delays usually occur on our end at US customs, and with Easter right around the corner, delays are expected.
As a side note, my Comexim order shipped 3/6 and arrived 3/21 so I am eagerly awaiting my Ewa package too.
