Why wires distort on me

The reason I get wire distortion is simple; Just outside the most projected parts of my boobs my ribcage widens. We are talking inside my boobs here. Like the difference for me would be to wear a 36 C/D cup wire. This makes my wires tilt to find a position to settle.

To get around that widened part my wires tilt. And they tilt their way so that the gore digs in so much that I cannot lay down in 34F Freya and breath at the same time. We are talking about an enormous pressure right into my breathing center. And the fact that even Freya wires manages to take my breath in a band riding up that was so loose I carried all weight of my boobs on my shoulders should tell you that it's not too tight.

When I started wearing @Andorra 32H last summer I could for the first time in six years lay down in a bra without chooking. The gore would painfully dig it's way into my skin and I would need to pad it but I could breath.

So a larger size and a tighter band did not give me more wire distortion. It gave me less.

But then again my ribcage widens again further back and now we are talking about Panache wires. This plus the tension with swoop and scoop simply makes even an Andorra in a 36 band unwearable for more than a couple of hours.

But the thing is; Take the wires out of 36J Andorra and it will still put that pressure on my breathing center. Add an extender and it will still do this.

So what's wrong? I say what's wrong on me is the mere separation of boobs. Of boobs from body and boobs from each other. The whole idea of cups. It's swoop and scoop. It's basically everything you find normal in bra fitting.

That's so far the best answer I have.

For 19 years the only bras that didn't cause me pain has been 36D Triumph Ladyform. And that's it.

I believe this also is also related to the fit issues you see in MilkAndHoney. She and I can both have our boobs look orb shaped. But the price is breathing problems.
