Is lengthening straps and making them crisscross-able (like the Arizona) a customization Comexim will do? And if so, what’s the best way to ask them? I don’t know how much sense my request will make if I run it through google translate, and I’m not sure they’ll bother reading it if I leave it in English.

I'm not sure if it's an option, but I'd ask for a multi-way with removable shoulder-straps. You could always send a link to another bra as example, like Ewa's S Diament Multiway. :-)
If you send an inquiry email ahead of time you should get a reply within a few days (if they aren't in ignore mode currently!)
Thanks MamaPagan, that’s a good idea about emailing them first. I was just going to put it in the comment box of the order and hope for the best. I know you communicate with them quite a bit - do you write to them in Polish or English?
