Sewing in padding?
Are there any tutorials on how to sew padding into a bra? I prefer a padded bra but if one doesn't have them I use those small silicone inserts. But I much prefer padded so I don't have to deal with the inserts (for multiple reasons). Problem is when 99% of bras that fit me are unpadded lol.

A quick google search came up with several options, but here's two for starters:
A how to Youtube video for adding padding to a Panache Jasmine bra:

And these bra sew in cups-made for the specific purpose:

I take a padded bra, corresponding colour to the bra that I am lining, cut out the cups, sew up the cut edge so that the lining stays in place, then sew it into an unlined bra. I can dart and shape the cup to give an excellent fit. The cup width needs to be a good match and of course the cups need to be slightly too big. Works great!
