I was just in a La Senza store to buy co-ordinating panties for my well-fitting bras that I cannot buy there. A young girl came in wanting to try on 34DD or 36DD bras. I am no expert on estimating peoples' true bra size, but she looked more like a 28G or larger to me. I eventually sidled my way over to her during my store visit and let her know about Bratabase and about a store in town that carries a wider range of bras with staff more knowledgeable about fitting. Who knows if I convinced her to give either a try, but at least she has a niggle in her brain that better fitting options are available!

I’ve got a few pairs of underwear that match my Ewa Michalak Carmen bra from La Senza...the match is perfect! I’ve been in the fitting room a number of times, listening to the fitters and I always hope to get the chance to pipe up about size but don’t get to. What did the girl say when you told her the information?
The gal was polite and said that she would check it out but looked like she was wondering why a complete stranger was talking to her. I do not know if she ended up buying any of the selection of unsuitable bras the helpful clerks had rustled up for her. The helpful clerks did not hear my comments!
