Prime Wardrobe!?

Anyone try the Amazon Prime Wardrobe for bras yet? What was the experience like being able to try on multiple without paying? Were returns easy? Were any bras dirty/obviously tried on and returned, or is this feature too new to tell? Etc. Any input is appreciated! :)

  • mandapandarawks has, I believe. On her 3rd? Box?

  • Haha yes! I've done three boxes so far, all filled with 8 bras. The first two came in a big cardboard box, so it was kind of annoying having to find a UPS Store or a place that would take the box, since it was too large to fit in the UPS Drop Box. But none of the bras looked worn or tried on or anything, and were all packaged in separate plastic bags. There was a little envelope inside that explained the process: basically, as soon as it arrives at your house, you have 7 days to try them on. You don't get charged at all, unless you decide you want to keep something. Then, you go into your Amazon account, and there should be a spot for Prime Wardrobe. You click that and select either Return or Keep on each Wardrobe item. If you keep anything, you get charged for that item, plus tax. You have to use the same box or bag the items came in to return, but they provide you with a UPS prepaid shipping label. As long as you go into your account and select Return on any items you don't want before your 7 day try-on period, you won't get charged.
Obviously, you want to mail the box or package back out before the 7 days too. Amazon emails you when they receive it. Even if you don't get the email before the 7 days are up, you still won't get charged. You just have to make sure you send it out and click Return on your Wardrobe Cart online before the 7 day period.
I love the service, and just wish there were more brands and sizes that are available.
