Bravangelized my sister!
Ha, I have to share this with you all, victory is mine!
I have been talking to my sister for ages about bra fitting. She never listened to me, being very attached to her C cups, for some reason. I kept telling her that she needed a smaller band and bigger cups, but she insisted that anything over D would be impossible, as she sees herself as having small breasts. She recently gained weight after having a baby and had a hard time finding anything that fits, ending up with 90 Euro Primadonnas in 80D (European size) that did little to perk her boobs up.
So she finally was ready to let me size her up and help her order a few bras. The first thing I did is put her in my 32FF Cleo Lily, and lo and behold, IT ALMOST FIT. Granted, that bra was old and quite stretchy in the band, so more like a 34F at this point, but still. I took her measurements and the calculator gave me 34FF, so I wasn't far off. I then estimated her shape to be like mine in many respects: narrow, short roots, wide set, but more even to FoB, and slightly softer in terms of tissue. I wanted to order her a Cleo Lucy, but that model seems to be on the way out, so I opted for a few Hetties and Pipers in different sizes (34E and 34F, she wouldn't let me order the FF), and the 34Fs fit very nicely. I think she could even go up to a 34FF in the Piper, as i do detect a slight bubble, but I think the sticker shock is still too strong for me to suggest the. She's super happy with the fact that she now has 3 nice, cute bras that fit for the same price as 1 dowdy colored Primadonna (the only ones they have in stores around here) that doesn't even lift her boobs properly.
I haven't had the heart to tell her that the F cup she now wears is a UK size, meaning that her European size is, in fact, 75G.
