50 years old Chantelle bra
My grandmother was always a classy lady, she really knew how to dress for the kill which is why I enjoy going through her closets immensely!
What I found this time is a Chantelle bra.
Grandma says it's probably 40-50 years old.
I couldn't believe my eyes.
It. Has. Boning. In. The. Cups.

Boning goes straight trough the end of the band and is covered with soft, velvety fabric.
So is the side boning and the wire channels.
Interesting feature is that it's made from one single piece of wire that is coted in fabric of it's own.
Oh and it's a multiway!
What do you think?
Not half bad for a middle aged bra!

Maybe they were even better? I mean things were made to last longer before and therefore more well made. It makes sense to me that the construction should therefore be better than today's bras :)
Email Chantelle: I bet they would love to hear about it
