Bras for young teens
Help, my daughters need bras! First Daughter I measure by ABTF calculator to be 28DD. Sports bra-y bralettes still work ok for her. But 2nd Daughter measures 32DD and needs better support. She's not interested in underwire, likes the Hanes Hanes Comfy Support Comfortflex Fit\u00ae Wirefree Bra (G795) but the underbust is ridiculously big for her. What happened to the wirefree cut-and-sewn bras of my youth?

Pullover styles:
Wacoal B-Smooth 32 will likely fit. If too snug, try 34. https://www.bratabase.com/browse/wacoal/b-smooth-wire-free-bra-with-removable-pads-835275/
Mirity Medium https://www.amazon.com/MIRITY-Freedom-Seamless-Spandex-Grey/dp/B076J7FPMJ/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1533162432&sr=8-10&keywords=mirity+women+racerback+sports+bras

These three are super comfortable, stretchy, and have removable modesty pads.
Here are the three main sites I recommend for younger girl bras: www.johnlewis.com, www.ae.com and www.faeriesdance.com.
I have a few others I can recommend but they are fairly costly. The brands are Impish Lee, Uye Surana, and Katherine Hamilton.
Impish Lee and Uye Surana specialize in non-wired, more bralette, comfortable styled bra's, while Katherine Hamilton makes your more typical style bra.
Your 28DD girl doesn't have as much to choose from as her bigger sister but if she feels more comfortable in a 30D (since she is young and growing) then that will expand the range of bras available to her.
Here is a page full of bra's for your girls, only 2 are available in 28DD, but there are 6 in 30D and 5 available in 32DD: https://www.johnlewis.com/search?search-term=teen%20bras .
Here is the only one available in a bra sized 32DD from Faeries Dance, it's cute too!: https://www.faeriesdance.com/elegance-enveloping-bra.html
Otherwise for this site you will have to order "high street" sizes and take in the bands. They're just high quality, not bad pricing, and great all around bras, except the sizes available. Eco-friendly means a lot to me too.
Onto to the lovely AE, Aerie or it's mainstream name: American Eagle Outfitters. They make GREAT bra's with a decent size range in any style you can imagine. Of course if you determined for the 28 band you will have to take in the 30 bands.
Size 32DD wireless (cute!) bras: https://www.ae.com/aerie-wireless-bras/aerie/s-cat/8240029?cm=sUS-cUSD&size=32dd&N=4294966239
Size 30D wireless bra: https://www.ae.com/aerie-wireless-bras/aerie/s-cat/8240029?cm=sUS-cUSD&size=30d&N=4294966276
I've just found this new site: https://www.yellowberrycompany.com/collections/bras , they seem to have a different sizing method that most. According to the size chat you larger daughter is just outside of their range but your smaller daughter should fit fine. It's a brand new company (atleast I've never seen it before) but it may be worth a shot as it was started by a 17 year old who had a passion for making bras for young girls that were appropriate.
If I find anymore I can recommend, I make additional posts. If you can't tell, I'm pretty passionate about this stuff. ;-)
