I’m sooo torn...
Warning: you’re about to enter the rabbit hole into my brain and thought process. Part of this is me asking for some help and input, and some of it is simply a repository of information for me to look at and organize to figure out. I’m very much an overthinker, and decisions don’t come easy to us.
*********************************************************************************
As many of you might already know, I’ve been saving up for a BM for some time now. Broad Lingerie has the Cabernet which is not on Ewa’s site...it seems like it’s an exclusive to some retailers. As far as I know, they still have my size. Forever Yours is getting the Baklazan and Rubin in sometime in December. I really like Baklazan, though I don’t dislike Cabernet. Then there’s Ewa’s sale coming up...Baklazan is not in my size anymore, but Porto is, though it’s very close to Cabernet in colour...it’s a shiny gore detail vs bow and buttons. I think La Gloria might also still be available in 65FF too. I’m not exactly sure how much an Ewa would come to with the discount but then all of the charges. Can someone help me figure it out? In my size, BM Porto is looking like 229 zl. Then it’s 60 zl off? So 169 zl...and then what order do the other fees go? I’m trying to figure out what it’s going to cost if I order directly and what is my best option.
Then there’s Breakout Bras...30% off plus some of the Comexim are already reduced and good prices. I’m quite fond of the new Honey Cookie and Hot Chocolate, but also like Basic, Ingrid, and Bridget (with Ingrid and Bridget already on sale). I have not checked out the other Ewa retailers, though FY does not have a BM I’m interested in my size right now. I have not checked Levana yet...
And Amazon has stuff reduced now...was thinking about the Lucy in 28FF or 28G and Ellace in mulberry in 30F. They have a few other good options at good prices with free returns.
Assuming that Broad doesn’t have a BF sale, I’m looking at $125 CAD for the Cabernet, and I have $95 saved. If they do have a sale, it’s possible that it would bring the total down to under $100. Although I think I like Baklazan a smidge better, I’m super antsy for more bras that fit and to try a BM. But, with the sale at BoB, I can probably get 2 bras, or *gasp* a matching set for the same amount. Or I can get 2-3 bras from Amazon to try, and free returns in case they don’t work out and then I get credit and can use the money again for Polish treats. If they DO work, then I am stuck saving up for a BM again.
I’m just so torn...do I stick to my guns, so to speak, and get a BM in whatever capacity ends up best, or go for something that gives me more bang for my bucks?
Thanks for following me down my rabbit hole of thoughts...

OMGs, you sound exactly like me!
Ewa direct would be as follows
the sale zloty plus shipping
Add Ewa's 6% Paypal fee on that total (bra+shipping) though I find it is often more like 6.4%.
Then Paypal will charge a conversion fee of 4% for those 3 combined.
I always look at the total in google conversion prior to placing an order to get an idea of that day's rate and factor in the fees.
Since conversion rate changes daily, there's no way to predict an exact $$ in advance, but you can get a general idea.
Are you shipping to CA or US? If CA DHL is required and I think that goes for 135PLN (based on the last US quote she gave me) vs the 47PLN standard mail ship to the US.
Try to take a step back and think about what you want *most*. A new BM soon, a better liked BM a bit later, or more bras straight away? Which would be most satisfying to you not just now, but in the long run?
If your size is unstable currently, which would be more fluctuation friendly? Would the Amazon or BoB bras offer that? We know the BM style is, so if that is still a factor, it would be a good choice.
Take a deep breath, make some tea, relax, and view the pros & cons of each and focus on what "feels" right. Trust your inner instincts! <3
I just have a few tidbits to consider...
DHL had the 135 zloty fees, plus I got dinged with duty and import type fees, so I ended up paying around $100 canadian for the shipping to Canada through EM for 2 bras.
I always order direct through Comexim, and the shipping fee is 20 zloty. They are well priced and you can order customizations (but of course the bra then becomes unreturnable). You may want to check out their BF sales too. Shipping may take a while because they get so many orders through the BF sale, but I've never had any issues with shipping direct through them.
Sign up to Canada's free return shipping through paypal if you haven't already. Pay for your bras 100% through paypal and then you can return ship them for free (shipping up to $30.00 Cnd I think). Just make sure you follow their rules on the return shipping (packaging and receipts, etc).
