And so begins the search for a strapless bra
My friend just set her wedding date for August, and I know which dress I want to wear but it's going to require a strapless bra.
Whatever I buy, it's going to be online, and with return shipping being hellishly expensive, I really need to get this right in a maximum of two tries.
My first instinct is Ewa Michalak, because most of my favourite bras at the moment are EM's. But I'm not sure how they fit compared to other styles. If they're anything like the S, SM or CH, then I'll be fine, but if they're closer to a PL then I'm in trouble. I also need to do some research regarding the band length.
I know the Deco strapless is popular, but I'm not really a Deco girl- they don't work on me. The Deco Shape Longline could conceivably work, but the dress has boning and I think I'd find the combination too restricting.
Another one I'd love to try is the Wondrebra Ultimate Strapless. I tried it once in a much-too-large band and much-too-small cup and was not impressed, but obviously I can't really judge on that basis. The problem is, I have no idea where to go with sizing (with EM at least I know what size I expect to be).
Anyone have recommendation / suggestions?

What size are you looking at? Which bra you can get depends a lot on the size.
I did a review of the deco shape longline, wonderbra, gossard egoboost

and Ewa's strapless mczelny

I have also tried the deco strapless, but the silicone lining was harsh and rubbed me awfully :(
I have a Fantasie Smoothing Seamless Strapless (4530) that I love. The cups are a bit large (the one I own is a cup size smaller than my usual and you can't really tell), but I always feel supported in it.
